摘要：
Enterprise development strategy is the result of strategy innovation based on the development stage and foundation,called platform, of an enterprise. The paper analyzed the significances of the strategy platform, the composing of the strategy platform and the evolving path, and brought up the countermeasures to build up the strategy platform of an enterprise.
