摘要
The National Portal for customers' satisfaction related to the water supply and sewerage services represents the main goal of a research project named A-port. One main objective of the project is represented by the development of a virtual environment which will support the online interaction among the main actors involved in the evaluation of the water services and in the decisions making process concerning the improvement of this service. By processing the data corresponding to the pilot phase of "A-port" project, we intend to set up a methodology of interpreting the results so that the authorities may know permanently the population's perception on the quality of water supply services and make decisions on the ground of the evolution of these opinions in time.
