摘要
Industrial waste is a problem for companies as well as for the environment. In recent years, an alternative solution to this problem has been found - the use of waste in the production of new composite materials. It is not enough to produce only the composite. The machinability of the composite produced should also be investigated. This study obtained the new composite material using industrial waste produced by glass fibre-reinforced plastic pipes. The terephthalic resin was used as a matrix material. The waste powder was used as a filling material in the ratio of 30, 40 and 50% by weight compared to the matrix material. The machinability of produced composites was investigated according to three parameters with three levels. According to the experimental results, the optimum cutting parameters are obtained, depending on surface roughness.
