Economic analysis on human capital outflow of developing countries

Human capital is utmost important to the economic increase in modem times. Along with the knowledge economy era that takes human capital as its core basic is coming, qua the main carrier and the main owner of human capital, the talents will become key factors that decide the potential of economic increase and market competition. But, the human capital in developing countries is both short and overmuch outflow. This article starts with the characteristics of human capital, and analyses the reason of supplying and the requirement why the human capital in developing countries is outflow and the influence of this kind of flow, then puts forward the suggestion in allusion to the policy of human capital in the developing country.
