Natural radioactivity in beach sands from Donana National Park and Mazagon (Spain)

摘要：
Levels of natural alpha and gamma emitting radionuclides (Ac-228, Ph-114 and K-40) were measured in beach sands from samples collected in 1998-2000 from the beaches of Mazagon and Donana National Park (on the Southwest Coast of Spain). The external radiation dose rate received by the population was estimated from these levels.
