摘要：
A large number of farmer entrepreneurs emerge and become the supporting force in New Village Construction in China. However, at present, there are still many factors restricting the growth of farmers entrepreneurs. Creating high-quality farmers new rural entrepreneurs is an important task in New Village Construction.
