摘要
In recent years, family enterprises, as an important part of China's economy, show an upward trend in the quantity of internal conflicts. Therefore, at the point of family enterprises background and their own characteristics, the seeking of proper management methods of conflicts has become a hot issue. This paper borrows the conflict management theory, takes G Corporation as the actual case, and analyses the manifestations, characteristics and solutions of conflicts in family enterprises. First, this paper reviews the conflicts management theories of the West and China. Second, the paper figures out the factors of internal conflicts in family enterprises from the perspective of family enterprises' own characteristics. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding methods and strategies of resolving the conflicts in family enterprises management.
