摘要：

The paper is devoted to a comprehensive research aimed at introducing a new national pension scheme called Basic Pension Insurance in relation with pension reform in Mongolia. Results of research consisted of basic survey and estimation justifying the Basic Pension Insurance such as determination of life-expectancy of Mongolian people at retirement, forecasting of minimum living standard, the minimum and average wages, and population of Mongolia. We constructed a mathematical model for estimating pension fund, pension expenditure and monthly contribution which ensure a positive pension fund balance.
