摘要
Mathematical models of the single channel queuing system with MMPP flow and instantaneous feedback are proposed. After completion of the service, calls either leave the system or, immediately return to system to receive repeated services. Service times both of primary and feedback (secondary) calls has exponential distribution but with different parameters. Primary calls have pre-emptive priority over feedback calls. Ergodicity conditions of the models are established and methods to calculation of stationary distribution of the appropriate three-dimensional Markov chains (3D MC) as well as explicit formulas to determining the performance measures of the proposed models are developed.
