Coal liquefaction for producing aromatic hydrocarbons

摘要
Two coals, Zalainuer lignite( abbr. ZL) and Daliuta subbituminous coal (abbr. DL), were liquefied in a 50ml micro-autoclave apparatus to investigate the effect of temperature and catalyst on the liquefaction conversion, oil, gas yield of the coal and the aromatic, aliphatic, and polar compounds fraction content in the oil. The results indicated that ZL has higher liquefaction conversion and oil yield than that of DL, while the aromatics, aliphatics in the oil is higher in DL than that in ZL. The yields mentioned above increase with the temperature. Catalyst affects not only the oil yield, but also the oil fraction yield. The coal impregnated with 3wt% ATTM or in situ 3wt% Fe2S3, the liquefaction conversion at 420 degrees C is about 1.3 times that of without catalyst. Meanwhile, addition df ATTM will be benefit to increase aromatic hydrocarbon fraction yield (36% increment) while Fe2S3 is benefit to increase aliphatic hydrocarbon fraction yield (50% increment) at the expense of aromatic hydrocarbon fraction yield (50% decrement).
