摘要
Y3-1.5-y-zLu1.5Al5O12:Ce-y(3+), Sm-z(3+) nearly spherical phosphors were synthesized by using NaF-NaCl-KCl as the molten salt and calcining in a weak reducing atmosphere. The effects of Ce3+ and Sm3+ concentration on crystal structure and luminescence performance of YLuAG phosphors were studied, and the energy transfer between Ce3+ and Sm3+ was discussed. The results showed that the optimal doping concentration of Ce3+ is 0.10 mol in YLuAG phosphors. When the concentration of Ce3+ is 0.1 mol, the optimal doping concentration of Sm3+ is 0.01 mol. Doping Sm3+ can add the emission peak in the red light region and improve the color rendering index (CRI) of YLuAG: Ce3+ phosphors.
