摘要
The influence of precipitates on the behavior of recrystallization, grain growth and recrystallization texture formation was investigated using Ti-IF steel. The conclusions obtained were as follows: The main precipitates observed in hot-rolled bands starting with low and high slab reheating temperature are the coarse Ti4C2S2 with a size of about 0.2 mu m and the finely dispersed TiC about 0.01 mu m together with coarse TiS and Ti4C2S2. respectively. These results are in good agreement with the calculated ones based on the newly determined solubility products for TiS and Ti4C2S2 The recrystallization behavior is hardly affected by the state of precipitates, however, the grain growth after the completion of recrystallization is significantly hindered by the presence of the finely dispersed TiC. The recrystallization texture only depends on the grain size of the annealed sheet Recrystallization texture just after the completion of recrystallization is almost identical, however, tire promotion of grain growth during annealing increases ND parallel to < 111 >. The comprehensive explanation on the influence of precipitates on the behavior of recrystallization and grain growth is achieved taking into consideration the Zener's pinning effect in the conventional kinetic model.
