摘要
The paper focuses on the impact of talent management on company competitiveness. The research methods are mainly theoretical, specifically: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, and identification of signs, features, and properties of the phenomena. The scientific novelty is determined by comparing the performance indicators of the talent management system and the competitiveness indicators of the enterprise, as well as studying the influence of human resources on the formation and development of competitive advantages of the mesoscale. The main results of the study are as follows: human resources are one of the competitive resource advantages of the enterprise; there is a connection between the performance indicators of the implementation of the talent management system and the competitiveness indicators of the enterprise; talent management affects the competitiveness of the enterprise through the selection, selection, hiring and development of the most qualified, experienced and educated personnel. In the course of the study, it was concluded that in the process of managing human resources in general and talents in particular at the level of managerial and production personnel, the enterprise is being managed, developed, and competitively formed.
