摘要
Aiming at the current wear detection of vertical shaft rigid tanks, which cannot directly know the wear value and directly observe the operating conditions of the tanks, a rapid detection method for the wear detection of the tanks is designed. Use Halcon image processing technology to complete the image processing of the tank road image information collected by the industrial camera, and integrate image preprocessing, shape-based template matching and geometric measurement algorithms into the Qt Creator platform, using the UI interface on Qt Creator Realize the functions of display, data storage and early warning of tank wear data. The reliability of the detection technology is verified through experiments, and the experimental tests show that the detection technology can be used for actual detection.
