摘要
Public innovation laboratories constitute an international trend by proposing a change of orientation from a focus on "things" to one centered on people, who are at the center of concerns to understand their needs, assets, motivations and abilities to Be agents of the innovation process. As a complement to the focus on people, co-creation activates collaboration between the various actors, opens spaces, delivers tools and motivates multiple actors to co-discover, codefine, co-devise and co-implement innovations that have impact on society. The interest of this work is to show the role of these innovation laboratories in the modernization of public administration processes; through these, software is developed and tested in a controlled environment, it contributes to the training and improvement of public servants and citizens, elements of utmost importance to promote the digital transformation demanded by Cuban society. Multimedia of citizen participation is shown as a result of the implementation of the public innovation laboratory of the Holguin University.
