摘要
Results of a systematic study of the ion exchange behaviour of 24 elements in HCL-CH3COOH-H2O solutions are given for a cation exchanger Amberlyst 15 and anion exchanger Amberlyst A 27. Addition of acetic acid to the HCl solution increases the differentiation of affinity of elements to the ion exchanger. Implications of these data for separations are discussed and typical separations are presented. The method was applied for the determination of manganese, cobalt, copper and iron in nickel and chromium chlorides and in metallic aluminium.
