摘要：
This paper introduces the telemedicine system implemented by us. The system is based on computer and Web communications. It can be perfectly linked with the present hospital information system (HIS), and can effectively realize the storage, management, share and query on multimedia medical information (included radiology images, video). Long-distance doctors could enter the system by internet browser, so they can do many jobs such as long-distance diagnosis, long-distance consultation, online medical treatment.
