摘要
This paper presents an artificial neural network for the indirect field-oriented control technique driving induction motors. Due to nonlinear parameters of the induction motor, the PI speed controller could not be appropriate for varied conditions. The benefit of an artificial neural network was applied to the speed control in the indirect field-oriented control method to generate SVPWM signals. A carrier-based SVPWM can specify the switching frequency of the inverter. The MATLAB/SIMULINK was provided to the simulation with the 3-phase induction motor drive to demonstrate the dynamic performances of the speed control. The results of this model can validate the time response compared to the results of the PI speed control.
