摘要：
Rodlike organometallic liquid crystals of gamma - substituted beta - diketonate dicarbonyl rhodium(I) complexes containing one or two benzene rings were synthesized and characterized. The effects of rigid cores, structure and the ratio of molecular length to width on the liquid crystalline properties were also studied. The results show that the model design of nematic organic liquid crystal can also direct the molecular design and synthesis of organometallic liquid crystals.
