摘要
Based on a lot of laboratory tests, the time-dependent behavior of muddy clay is studied when unloading. The changes of heave ratio, void ratio and heave modulus under different stress levels and unloading ratios are discussed in detail. T e result indicates the relation between void ratio and log time is linear, and the heave modulus decreases sharply with time and is 2 - 7 times as much as compression modulus when test is at the steady stage of soil sample heave.
