摘要：
Fei-Ranis Model, as the further development of Lewis', clearly describes the relationship between the industrial sector and agricultural sector in their balance development. This thesis mainly discusses the Fei-Ranis Balance Expansion Theory, And makes a positive analysis of it according to China's economic developing condition with the statistic data of 1952similar to1999.
