摘要：
The green supply chain has received much attention in recent years. Pollution is one of the biggest issues confronting the supply chain. How to reduce carbon footprints is becoming a popular topic in green supply chain management. With rapidly emerging Internet technology, people can order products from every corner of world with just one click. As a result, more and more products are being moved from one place to another. This paper investigates how information and communication technology (ICT) can help with green supply chain management. Examples are used to illustrate ICT application. The case of USA Direct was considered to show how ICT could be adopted in green supply chain management and to address the associated challenges and opportunities. This paper also recommends ways to promote green supply chain management.
