摘要：
This paper introduces a structured methodology for organizing a company primarily by processes which consists of identifying a process hierarchy, process teams, and ownership, as well as constructing flowcharts, input/output (I/O) diagrams, a central process tracking database, and computer-based models of the processes that will be used for simulation.
