摘要：
This paper firstly introduces the concept of Shared Service Center and Human Resource Shared Service Center. Based on some cases study, it mainly focuses on the organization framework of this new management model and how it is operated. At last, it discusses the challenges HRSSC will face and puts forward some topics for future studies.
