摘要：
In single period, we has established, based on option, a dynamic scheduling decision and multiple objects optimal model for venture capital. The goal of this model, system is to obtain optimal combination in final stage of venture, capital project. It also provides the foundation for establishing the multiple stage optimal model of venture capital project.
