摘要：
Knowledge economy brings about changes in economic theories and economic practice as well as new requirements on organization management. The embededness of knowledge into situation requires that the impact of organization-internal factors be fully considered when organization transfers and apply knowledge. Through the analysis the organizational knowledge properties, this paper investigates the process of organizational learning, knowledge innovation and organizational innovation as well as the interaction among them, putting forward the methods and tactics of organizational innovation from the knowledge perspective.
