摘要
The microstructure evolution of Al-20Si-5Fe alloy during spray Conform (SC) was investigated. Results show that the fracture of the intermetallic phase and Si phase occurs in the deposited billet and adhesive zone and crushed heavily in adhesive zone. Fine intermetallic phases are formed between the adhesive zone and the extrusion zone. Both coarse and fine grains exist in the extrusion rod. Compared with the deposited billet, the size of intermetallic phase and Si phase in the extrusion rod decreases. Furthermore, the transition from complete to incomplete wetting occurs in the SC process. (c) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
