One-step synthesis of rGO/V2O5 flower-like microsphere composites with enhanced trimethylamine sensing properties

摘要
The flower-like microsphere rGO/V2O5 was successfully synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal route and effectively applied in gas sensor. rGO/V2O5 composites were investigated by various characterizations. As a result, rGO/V2O5 composites deliver the highest response to 5 ppm TMA at 150 degrees C, which is 2.2 times higher than that of the pure V2O5. It also exhibits good selectivity, fast response/recovery speed, good reproducibility and stability to TMA, attributing to the better conductivity of rGO, the formation of p-n heterojunction at interface, and the larger surface area.
