摘要：
This paper provides the recent status of current major developments in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology in Germany. It addresses both intermediate- and high-temperature SOFC systems of small kW-sized power units for decentralized beat and electricity generation as well as large SOFC power plants in the MW range.
