摘要：
SIDM(smooth impact drive mechanism) is widely used in camera, cell phone and etc. Those previous SIDM actuators were easy to make compact and also very accurate, however, they cannot actuate at high speed and drive powerfully, because those were driven at off-resonance frequency using soft type PZT. In this research, we propose a resonant type SIDM using a bolt-clamped Langevin transducer (BLT) with hard type PZT. As a result, no-load maximum speed 0.75m/sec was obtained at driving voltage of 160V(p-p) and 80V(p-p) and the preload of 2N.
