摘要
The innovations in microelectronics education for russian aerospace industry are discussed. Three proposals are suggested: 1) special master's programs; 2) joint departments with the enterprises; 3) special center of design and investigation in extremal electronics. It is maintained that the flexible construction "university-enterprise" would help to prepare the next generation of microelectronics engineers satisfying the aerospace industry requirements.
