摘要
A reasonable construction scheme is the basis for the successful construction of a subsea tunnel. How to select a reasonable construction scheme has become a research emphasis nowadays. Technique risk, economic risk, safety risk and environment risk are considered during the assessment process of the subsea tunnel construction scheme selection from a risk analysis angle. Twenty-three risk factors, which have considerable effects on the subsea tunnel construction scheme selection, are selected to build up an evaluation indexes system. Combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, a whole set of assessment system for subsea tunnel construction scheme selection is established. The risk coefficient is also put forward to judge the risk of every subsea tunnel construction scheme and reflect the influence of every risk factor on the total object function. Finally, the method for subsea tunnel construction scheme selection based on risk coefficient is successfully applied to the HZM (Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao) Tunnel to select its reasonable construction scheme from three construction schemes. The results indicate that this method has a good adaptability for the subsea tunnel construction scheme selection and provides scientific proof for the relevant management department, which can provide reference to other similar subsea tunnels.
