摘要：
This report describes results of the BLK research project TEBA (Texts in Vocational Education Internet in Vocational Schools). The research was done at the TU Darmstadt by Prof. Rudolf Hoberg and Dr. Karl-Heinz Jahn. An Internet learning environment was developed and tested in order to learn about students' abilities when seeking and getting out information, using and forwarding the information for business purposes. The test results show a big gap between the participating students of the three trade fields "Metal Processing", "Fashion" and "Beauty Culture".
