摘要：
Fifteen new substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-methoxy-9-(X-benzoylamino)-acridi were obtained in good yields by condensation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-7-methoxy-9-amino-acridines with the acid chlorides of the corresponding subtituted benzoyl acids. The structure of the compounds was assigned by elemental analyses, IR and NMR, experiments (HH-COSY, HETCOR).
