摘要
Energy harvesting is a technique, which works as a self powered system and mainly used in wireless sensor networks. This technique used to convert the external vibration source into energy required for a system. This paper entirely deals with the design and analysis of cantilever structure with the piezoelectric material placed in between two platinum electrodes. In addition to it, the device are designed with tip mass, without tip mass and analyses are done for various acceleration. Therefore broadband frequencies are achieved for 133.57-271.16Hz with maximum output power of 18.05mW for structure with tip mass and 419.30-474.68Hz with maximum output power of 1.15 mu W for structure without tip mass
