摘要
What is related to educational management projects is a complex process to deal with, but its analysis must be grounded to the investigative needs of pedagogical training, which must be measured and controlled to achieve feedback. Particularly, the improvement and training of teachers who are oriented to the Law career at the University of Guayaquil. The raison d'etre of these projects is to transmit and materialize the knowledge acquired through the educational system, which must be measured. Therefore, the objective of the research is to determine the main indicators that measure the effectiveness of the projects to be developed. For this, the vision of teachers and administrators is obtained through the application of surveys, and they are processed through the Torgerson and Hierarchical Analytical Process methods. The main results obtained are a system of 11 indicators where 5 of them must be weighted by the level of representativeness within decision-making.
