摘要:
The present article is concerned with evidencing various aspects that among successes, challenges, weaknesses and questions arise around the Special Jurisdiction for Peace and the powers that would apply to the International Criminal Court; The article is presented in a deductive manner, with initial references from the international criminal court and the passage to the JEP, in which several factors are analyzed, which likewise generate reflective concerns about the professional work within the legal framework; in addition, to generate a discussion on the pedagogical process addressed in the development of socialization and evidence of the JEP. Finally, a section dedicated to the relationship between the international criminal court and the Special Jurisdiction for peace is made, in the light of international law.
