摘要
Presently, with the current level of globalization many countries adapt new reform to their organizational structures in order to improve their service delivery; among those reforms is the introduction of e-recruitment strategy which is prepared to allow applicant to apply for the jobs online. E-recruitment is increasingly gaining position within working organizations and many of its adherents assume and express its advantages. A quite number of studies were conducted to assess perception on e-recruitment adoption; most of these studies concentrated on the perception of job seekers or third party and came up with inconclusive results. This paper is a conceptual in nature that works towards the assessment of an organizational perception not the job seeker's perspective on e-recruitment adoption, by proposing framework that predicts the role of user attitude as potential moderator on the relationship between organizational perceptions toward ease of using e-recruitment system in the selecting of qualified personnel. The propose model will have important policy implication to an organization for their recruitment decision making.
