摘要：
Until now there, are only very few MPEG-4 players available or under development which combine 3D visual and auditory capabilities. In this paper we focus oil the audio rendering requirements and we explain the concept of the 'Tanga Engine', which does the audio rendering in the IAVAS MPEG-4 player developed at the Institute of Media Technology of the Technische Universitat Ilmenau, Germany.
