摘要：
On the basis of analyzing regional competitiveness, this article designs a set of statistical index system to estimate economical strength, foreign opening, action of local government, financial activity, foundation facilities, control level, technology and manpower resource. The author uses software of statistics to analyze the relative data, finds out main affecting regional competitiveness and carries out different macro-regulation policies according to different regions so as to guarantee coordinating economic development among regions.
