摘要
As it is difficult to assess the hydraulic pump condition accurately due to its affect by a number of factors, based on the analysis of the main fault forms of hydraulic pump, which shows its fuzziness. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the condition assessment of the hydraulic pump is proposed with the fuzzy theory. With the evaluation set V, the factor set U and the weight vector A, the mathematical model for the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is built, which can assess the technical condition of hydraulic pump with the test data. The application examples show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can deal with several fuzzy information, which can assess the technical condition of the hydraulic pump accurately.
