摘要：
In this paper, by making a study of the factors Causing traffic accidents such as: people, cars, roads, environment, the author designs an intelligent traffic accident early warning system with GPS and GIS technology. The system is closely tracking the car traveling through the moment where the track and road conditions and the environment, weather conditions and so on. Through the analysis of the accident rate, it can forecast and control the use of targeted platform for real-time on micro-screen warning, so as to achieve the purpose of early warning.
