摘要
An integrated groundwater-and distribution-net model has been developed to ensure a balanced use of groundwater resources with respect to environmental quality. This presumes quantification and evaluation of a range of complex problems by way of an expert system, capable of making decisions on water resources, -supply and -distribution The expert system will provide a strong supporting tool in the administration of water resources by providing The opportunity to monitor short and long term development in water resources and -quality The possibility to make sustainable water abstraction Optimise use of the water resources by avoiding potential pollution's and A user friendly geographical information interface.
