Digitalisation of mobility and its influence on the construction infrastructure

摘要
The disruptive effects of digitalisation over the last few years have led to a paradigm shift in mobility and transport planning. From a model view of traffic, the objectives are transforming into a data-driven and increasingly environmentally oriented traffic management in near real time. The new possibilities and the resulting developments are therefore changing the requirements for the infrastructure. In particular, it is increasingly a question of coordinating the requirements of supply systems (e. g. logistics) and user-oriented mobility, since both systems use the same infrastructure. In this context, it is the end user who should be regarded as the central parameter for the success of the mobility/logistics services. For the implementation of customer-centred measures, however, corresponding organisational units are also required within cities and municipalities that take the right measures based on (real-time) data processed according to their requirements. Such units can be, for example, cooperative control centres that suggest the "right" actions for managing traffic based on big data analytics and as well as forecasts as well as strategy specifications or even automatically adopt them on the basis of strategic specifications.
