摘要
The competitive environment is changing rapidly, so if enterprises want to obtain competitive advantage in the global economy, they must meet the customer's needs in high quality and low price, but also react quickly and effectively. It is well known that Six Sigma Management has play a significant role in improving the quality of enterprises systematicly, but when enterprises face the very fast-changing market, it is not enough. So we should consider the other way simultaneously. The other way is agile manufacturing. This paper brings forward to integrate the six sigma management and agile manufacturing methods to improve the enterprises' competitive strength.
