摘要
the performance evaluation model and indicators suited for Chinese military air traffic control system was proposed in this paper, based on which we evaluated the performance of certain ATCS in Zheng-Zhou using the comprehensive methods of Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (I-AHP) and Delphi methods (DM). Simulation results show that compared with the traditional AHP, our comprehensive evaluation methods which consists of I-AHP and Delphi methods can reduce the involvements of experts' experience. Therefore, we can get more objective performance evaluation results.
