摘要
The rise of the Non-profit Organizations and the flourishing development of Corporate Social Responsibility are two remarkable phenomena of the 20th century in the world. Though their historical background and social influence have nothing in common with each other, the Non-profit Organizations as a significant strength in Corporate Social Responsibility movement, have fulfilled special important function for the development of Corporate Social Responsibility. On the basis of detailed expatiation of the forming and connotation of Corporate Social Responsibility, this paper is to explore the impetus of the Non-profit Organizations to the development of Corporate Social Responsibility. After theoretical analysis and quotation of international experiences, authors think that Corporate Social Responsibility has not come into being from self-consciousness of an entrepreneur completely. The civil society and various social movements promote Corporate Social Responsibility to develop fast, and Non-Profit Organizations play an irreplaceable role in this field.
