摘要
Chemical control of bracken (Pteridium aquilinum) in permanent grassland of Romania Pteridium aquilinum is responsible for high damage in permanent grassland, it can be found in hill and mountain areas of the Romanian Carpatians. From 4 million ha of the permanent grassland in Romania, 1 million ha are infested. According to the extensive grazing of the permanent grassland in the last 15 years, bracken has widely spread over the country and normal herbicides cannot be used for an effective control. Between 1998 and 2003 various of herbicides were tested in research activities: asulam, chlorosulfuron, triclopyr, triasulfuron, dicamba + 2,4-D, glyphosate and imazapyr. The research activities are located in 2 locations in the districts Valcea and Brasov. Very good results were been achieved by asulam, chlorosulfaron, glyphosate and imazapyr.
