摘要
This study collects data from the Chinese automotive industry. Firstly, the paper presents a concept framework of organizational learning capability, alliance integration, alliance reconfiguration and alliance performance and a set of testable hypotheses. Secondly, this research presents an integration research for incorporating alliance integration, alliance reconfiguration as the mediating variables between organizational learning capability and alliance performance. The empirical findings indicate that organizational learning capability has a positive and direct impact on alliance performance. Furthermore, organizational learning capability has a more positive and indirect impact on alliance performance by means of other mediator variables such as alliance integration, alliance reconfiguration. Finally, according to the research findings, we draw upon some suggestions for academic implications for the future research.
