摘要：
The micromechatronics technology is positioned as an advanced technology for the next generation of mechatronics to meet the coming multimedia world. Moreover, the present status of micromechatronics applications in the multimedia world is discussed as well as the role of micromachine technology in an ecological and optical communications era.
